| What about socialization and group work? |
|
|
| Socialization is a very important part of the Montessori method. In the classroom, there are plenty of opportunities for making friends, learning how to cooperate, fostering a sense of interdependence and developing consideration for others. Science has proven that the elementary child learns more when they can work together as a group. Hence, Montessori offers a better way of learning than the public school’s focus on individual learning and comparison. |
