1. Our hours of daily service are from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
2. The first day of the Fall Session is posted on the school calendar.
3. Children 18 mos. to 6 years are accepted into our program.
4. We offer half-day and full-day kindergarten.
5. Our school is a year round school.  If your child leaves for the summer, he or she will have to re-apply for fall enrollment.  Positions for the fall cannot be held.
6. We offer a full summer program for elementary school children.
7. Monthly tuition is due the first of each month. If not paid by the 7th, a late charge of $25.00 per child will be assessed.
8. Bi-monthly tuition is paid on the 1st & 15th of the month (with a $5 monthly charge).
9. A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 7th & 22nd.
10. A curriculum fee of $75.00 will be due at the beginning of each semester (August & January).
11. A registration fee for new students is due at the time of enrollment.
12. Tuition is due even though the child is not in attendance.
13. If tuition is more than 2 weeks late, your child may be dropped from our enrollment.
14. Applications for automatic bank withdrawals are available.  
15. Sick time policy:1st week, full tuition is paid; thereafter, ½ tuition per week.
16. Vacation leave: our expenses are constant!  We are not able to give vacation time.
17. Our staff leaves at 6:00 p.m.  Please respect their time. Late pick-up fee is $5.00 for every 15 minutes you are late, beginning at one minute after closing. Payment is due to the staff at that time.
18. We do close for snow days (tune to channel 9 and look for “Christots” name). Tuition is still paid for the full week.
19. Children must not be in attendance if they have had a temperature (³100º) or shown any signs of illness in the previous 24 hours & may not return until temperature has been broken for 24 hrs.
20. There are no make-up days for classes missed because we cannot exceed our legal limit of students.
21. The school must have a current health form & notarized emergency medical release on file before attending.
22. Morning snack is from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.  We also serve a hot lunch and afternoon snack.  Breakfast may be brought from home.
23. Please sign your child in/out daily. We need to know what time they arrive & when they depart.
24. PLEASE DO NOT BRING TOYS FROM HOME. These only cause problems.  Educational items for “show & tell” or the “sound of the week”  are fine.
25. WE DO NOT ALLOW Smurfs, Ninja Turtles, Power Rangers, Poke-mon or any other cartoon characters of an aggressive nature on clothing (including slippers) at school.
26. Annual registration for fall is due March 15th.  After March 15th , we will be pre-registering from our waiting list.  Present students get first choice for registration.
27. A two-week written notice is necessary upon withdrawal, or two weeks tuition must be paid.
28. If you choose to withdraw your child for any period of time, we cannot guarantee the same available days should you choose to return.
